The Miss Boston Scholarship Organization is a 501c3 non-profit organization run by all volunteers.  The Miss Boston Scholarship Organization was founded for the purpose of providing scholarships to young women between to ages of 18-28 who compete in the local pageant and go on to the state competition.

The Miss Boston Scholarship Organization is a prestigious program dedicated to providing young women with scholarships, public speaking opportunities, and support for the Miss America Organization.

Miss Boston is Greater Boston's largest preliminary for Miss America and each year the young woman crowned as Miss Boston Cambridge competes for the title of Miss Massachusetts.
